After more than two years of fighting the coronavirus pandemic, people are now desperate to get out of their homes and explore the world again. And what better way to do that than going on a trekking adventure? Trekking is not only a great way to explore the outdoors, but it’s also a great way to get some exercise.
The mountains are calling and you must go! But before you head out on your next big trekking adventure, you need to make sure you have all the right gear. From clothes and shoes to food and water, here is a list of everything you need to pack for your next hike.
- Clothes– Depending on the time of year and the climate of the region you’ll be hiking in, you’ll need to pack appropriate clothing. Make sure to bring layers, as the weather can change quickly in mountains. A rain jacket is also a must, as storms can pop up out of nowhere.
- Shoes– A good pair of hiking boots is essential for any trekking adventure. Make sure they’re comfortable and broken in before you hit the trail.
